BE/ BTech/MCS/MSc (comp)/MCA
4+ years of experience
Skills- Very good Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills. Strong UML concepts and experience using one or more UML tools
Should be able to think about abstractions, must have ability to understand the big picture and break it down into smaller parts
Strong knowledge and experience using various design patterns
Very good understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, HTML, XML, JavaScript. Hands-on experience is must.
Should have experience with at least one open source framework like Struts, Spring or Hibernate
Must be well versed with one or more Application Servers, IDEs, Build, Design and Development Tools
Strong Database concepts. Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases including MS SQL Server and Oracle
Familiar with Unix/Linux OS and related scripting
Knowledge and exposure to variety of internet technologies
Ability to mould non-functional aspects (security, performance, usability) into the design
Familiar with Web 2.0 concepts and technologies like AJAX, RIA, SOA/Web services

Experience leading a mid-size team of 8-10 people.
Experience with e-Learning domain is an added advantage
Experience in communication with US based clients is preferred
Certification in Coldfusion technology is added advantage.

Expert in MS SQL Server programming including database object creation/alteration, complex queries, stored procedures, DTS scripts, indexing

In-depth knowledge of T-SQL
Experience of complex query design, stored procedures, views and functions
Understanding of index design and T-SQL performance tuning techniques
Familiarity with RDBMS principles, database design and normalization
Understanding of the full development life cycle, development methodologies and version control
